Roman Custard
A classic baked custard eat hot or cold

Milk
honey
3 egg yolks
cinnamon

Mix honey and milk then heat to just below boiling. Remove from heat and add well beaten egg yolks and spices. Bake in a hot oven for an hour or until set.
